Netflix is seeking a Studio Orchestrator Platform Engineer in the United States (Los Gatos, CA) to evolve the Studio Orchestrator and extend integration with DCC tools such as Nuke, Maya, and Photoshop. You will work on asset management, data storage, and ML/GenAI integration to support live action, animation, and VFX workflows.

The role emphasizes practical problem solving, user empathy, and delivering impactful tooling in a fast-paced, creative tech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and experience with another language (Java).
• Proficient in API design using gRPC, GraphQL, or REST.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React) and web tech.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Studio Orchestrator platform to serve content production partners in live action, animation, and VFX.
• Integrate with DCC tools (Nuke, Maya, Photoshop) and asset management systems.
• Collaborate on data storage, pipelines, and GenAI/ML model integration into content production.
• Help transform hundreds of petabytes of footage into scalable workflows.
