True Anomaly seeks a dedicated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to drive feature development across React/TypeScript frontend and Elixir backend, shaping spacecraft modeling, simulation, and ground control software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development across frontend and backend.
• Expert-level HTML/CSS and modern TypeScript/JavaScript with performance awareness.
• Deep React and Elixir/OTP expertise; strong testing across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex features end-to-end across the full stack.
• Drive architectural direction for frontend and backend systems.
• Proactively address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks.
• Set the quality bar through code review and testing practices.
• Mentor and elevate junior and mid-level engineers through pairing and reviews.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, space operators, and astrodynamics engineers.
• Ship efficiently and iteratively with well-scoped increments and completion bias.
• Document decisions and patterns to aid onboarding.
