Mid Oregon Credit Union is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance web applications and cloud-native services. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, architecture decisions, and mentoring within a newly formed team focused on internal tools and efficiency.

Applicants should have 5+ years of professional experience across frontend and backend, with strong React or Angular skills and proficiency in Node.js/.NET/Python, plus cloud deployment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience building complex, production-ready full-stack applications.
• Frontend expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript with React or Angular.
• Backend proficiency with Node.js, .NET/C#, or Python and RESTful API design.
• Working knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery across frontend and backend features.
• Drive architecture decisions and code quality for performance and security.
• Define robust API boundaries and scalable data models.
• Collaborate with PM and cloud engineering partners to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.
