Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems.
• Mentor other engineers and participate in internal/external technology communities.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that improve customer experiences.
• Utilize languages like Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript and work with Docker/Kubernetes in AWS.
• Provide technical leadership and set design/operational standards across Agile teams.
• Partner with architects to define service boundaries and reusable frameworks.
• Identify areas for refactoring to reduce technical debt and improve performance.
• Influence long-term technology strategy in a “you build it, you own it” environment.
