Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and enhance modern applications for a leading insurance client. You will work hands-on to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while promoting strong engineering, security, and delivery practices.

In an Agile environment, you will develop full stack apps with JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines, participate in design reviews, ensure production readiness, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience developing and supporting full stack applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services cloud technologies.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of secure coding, code quality, application performance, and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in an Agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
