Job summary

Tempo Software is seeking an Associate Account Executive to own the full SMB sales cycle from prospecting to closing, delivering tailored solutions and building lasting client relationships.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, drive revenue growth, and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce or HubSpot.

About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers, from prospecting and qualifying leads through to closing deals and building lasting client relationships.

You'll work closely with teams across Tempo to understand what customers need, deliver tailored solutions, and help drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Who You Are

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
