Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript (absolute must).
• Full-stack: Frontend React/Redux/TS/CSS; Backend Node.js/Express; Python (Django); PostgreSQL.
• Docker, AWS, CloudWatch, GitLab; Jest/Enzyme testing.
• Remote-first, async-friendly work environment.
• Self-starter with high code-quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new product features across the stack (frontend + backend).
• Collaborate closely with other senior engineers, product managers, and leadership.
• Participate in a rigorous code review process that prioritizes quality and maintainability.
• Own initiatives from idea to production in a remote-first, async-friendly setup.
