Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote) - LLM Product

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Jerry.ai, a rapidly growing pre-IPO startup, as a Senior Full Stack Engineer focused on our new SaaS platform for building and testing chatbots and voice bots. You will be involved in all phases of product development, from design to deployment, contributing to a vibrant tech culture and working with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing new features for our chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform
• Building tools to simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization
• Collaborating with product teams to improve user experience for non-technical users
• Applying your understanding of LLMs to optimize conversation flows
• Supporting junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning

Minimum requirements:

• 6+ years of software development experience with a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong foundation in software principles and algorithms
• Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, React, Node.js (not necessarily all required)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Deep understanding of code performance, scalability, and troubleshooting
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications
