About the opportunity

At Jerry, we've redefined car ownership with digital solutions. Now, with Propelix, our new subsidiary, we're creating a SaaS platform to build and test advanced chatbots and voice bots.

We're seeking a purpose-driven Senior Engineer for our Chatbot Team at Propelix, to develop a platform enabling businesses to create, deploy, and optimize AI-powered conversational solutions easily.

This role involves all product development stages—from user communication and requirements gathering to development and deployment. You'll contribute as a product designer and planner within our vibrant culture.

Our ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems with stable, scalable solutions, and has a passion for elegant software design and modern ecosystems, especially in Large Language Models (LLMs).

How you will make an impact

• Develop features for our SaaS chatbot/voicebot platform maintaining high engineering standards.

• Create tools to simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization for users.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve user experience for non-technical clients.

• Apply knowledge of LLMs to optimize conversation flows and responses.

• Help position Propelix as a leading conversational AI SaaS solution.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.

• Strong fundamentals in software principles and algorithms.

• Knowledge of programming languages (primarily JavaScript, React, Node.js — not necessarily required to know all).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).

• Proficiency in JavaScript with clean coding practices.

• Deep understanding of performance, scalability, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications.

• Startup experience at a high-growth company (preferred).

Bonus points for LLM experience, CI/CD skills, React expertise, and open-source contributions.
