Senior Full Stack Engineer - LLM Product

Join us as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Jerry, working on our innovative LLM-based products. This role offers the opportunity to develop and optimize AI-powered chatbot solutions within a dynamic startup environment.

About the Role

As part of the Propelix subsidiary, you'll contribute to building a SaaS platform for creating and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots. Your responsibilities will include developing new platform features, building client tools, collaborating with product teams to enhance user experience, and applying your knowledge of LLMs to improve conversation flows.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain features for our chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform.
2. Create tools to simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization.
3. Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve user experience for non-technical users.
4. Apply understanding of LLM technology to optimize chatbot responses.
5. Support junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Minimum Requirements

1. 6+ years of software development experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or engineering.
2. Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, React, Node.js (not necessarily required to know all).
3. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
4. Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications.
5. Startup experience at a high-growth company is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LLMs, CI/CD, React Native, and open-source contributions are bonus points.
