Job summary

Recuro Health in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and evolve our member-facing web and mobile applications. You will work hands-on across the full stack, taking features from concept to production while collaborating with product, design, and fellow engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance software.

You will design, implement, and ship APIs (REST/GraphQL), optimize data models, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring adherence to security

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of features across web and mobile apps and microservices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to convert requirements into robust designs and solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, scalable code across the stack, including frontend components, backend services, and databases.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, balancing scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Debug, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure reliability and user experience.
• Build secure software handling protected health information.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.

Responsibilities
