Job summary

Dave is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help scale our Martech Squad and products used by millions of Americans. You will design, build, and maintain backend code in Typescript, collaborate with PMs and design teams, and lead code reviews while mentoring teammates.

You should have 4+ years of experience, a CS degree, and proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and modern UI frameworks; experience in Agile environments and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with building full stack applications
• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience programming in JavaScript, Java, Python, C/C++ or Go
• Experience using a modern UI framework to build user‑focused interfaces
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Effective communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the backend code to support features used by our 5 million users
• Backend development in Typescript
• Regularly participate in code reviews and other team functions
• Provide technical leadership and assist guiding the team's overall technical direction
• Offer mentorship and pair with other engineers regularly
• Work closely with PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build products leveraging frameworks such as React.js & React Native
