Job summary

Workana is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build innovative software solutions for a global customer base. You’ll own frontend and backend development using React/Angular and Node.js/NestJS, working in a remote-first environment with LATAM and international colleagues.

You’ll design scalable web applications, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to the end-to-end SDLC in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack development with JS/TS.
• Experience with React or Angular and Node.js/NestJS.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and ORMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web apps using React/Angular frontend and Node.js/NestJS backend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Optimize for speed and scalability across devices and browsers.
• Write clean, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and mentoring.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
