Job summary

Aequilibrium Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a 12-month client engagement.

You will modernize legacy systems and deliver scalable cloud-native services, contributing to front-end and back-end development, API integrations, and automated delivery pipelines. Responsibilities include building RESTful APIs with Python/Flask, Vue.js front-ends, and containerized microservices on Google Cloud Platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including full-stack work.
• Strong backend experience with Python/Flask.
• Experience with SQLAlchemy and Alembic for migrations.
• Strong front-end skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS.
• Proficiency with Vue 2/3, Pinia, Nuxt 3.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and JSON Schema.
• Hands-on GCP experience (Cloud Run/Cloud SQL/ Pub/Sub/ Cloud Build).
• Experience Dockerizing microservices and implementing CI/CD with GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack apps using Python, Flask, Vue.js, Nuxt, JS/TS.
• Build responsive UIs with HTML5 and CSS/SCSS.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement event-driven integrations with GCP Pub/Sub and CloudEvents.
• Secure auth with Keycloak and JWT.
• Work with PostgreSQL on Google Cloud SQL, including migrations.
• Dockerize microservices and deploy on GCP.
