About The Opportunity

At Jerry.ai, we are redefining car ownership with digital solutions. Our new subsidiary, Propelix, focuses on creating a SaaS platform for building and testing AI chatbots and voice bots. We seek a purpose-driven Senior Engineer to join our Chatbot Team, leading development of our SaaS platform that enables businesses to create AI conversation solutions easily.

This role involves engaging in all product development phases, from user communication to deployment, contributing as a product designer and planner, and embracing our geek culture.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems with scalable, elegant solutions, and has a strong grasp of modern development ecosystems and Large Language Models (LLMs).

How you will make an impact

• Develop features for our SaaS chatbot/voicebot platform with high engineering standards
• Create tools to simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization
• Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience for non-technical users
• Optimize conversation flows using your understanding of LLMs
• Help shape Propelix as a leader in conversational AI
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience, with a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of software principles and algorithms
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages; familiarity with JavaScript, React, Node.js is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and clean coding practices
• Understanding of code performance, scalability, and troubleshooting
• Experience with distributed systems or large web applications
• Startup experience in high-growth environments is a plus

Bonus points for experience with LLMs, CI/CD, React Native, and open-source contributions.
