Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with multiple years of experience or equivalent.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering production apps with Python and React + TypeScript.
• Experience designing, implementing, and consuming GraphQL APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Conceive, design, implement full stack software solutions—spanning React/TypeScript front-ends, Python and Node.js services, and GraphQL APIs.
• Lead a small team of 2–3 direct FTE reports and direct contractors; manage sprint planning and priorities.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and observability to ensure reliable deployments across environments.
• Mentor team members on code quality, engineering practices, and problem-solving approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement technical guardrails for citizen-developed applications.
