Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, test, modernize, and support secure, data-intensive enterprise applications in a US-based team. You will work across React/TypeScript, Python, C/C++, shell scripting, REST APIs, and SQL/MariaDB within an Agile/Scrum environment.

You will collaborate with solution architects, front-end developers, DevOps, AI/ML engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to modernize legacy systems and deliver scalable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years experience; Master's with 7+ years; PhD/JD with 4+ years.
• Master's degree preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software-development experience including full-stack web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and server-side business logic.
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack enterprise web applications.
• Develop front-end functionality using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop reusable, modular, responsive, and accessible React components.
• Develop server-side APIs, services, and business logic.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for front-end and system integrations.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and RBAC including enterprise SSO/MFA.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and MariaDB/MySQL databases.
• Collaborate with solution architects, DevOps, AI/ML engineers, QA, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum.
