Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to architect and scale web applications and microservices. You will own the complete SDLC, from requirements to deployment, and drive engineering excellence with a strong focus on collaboration across global teams.

You’ll work with React.js, Node.js, and Python, building data pipelines using Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, while championing CI/CD practices with Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS) and Argo CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years of experience, or master’s with 6+ years.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development with React.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Proven CI/CD pipelines experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Argo CD.
• Experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring offshore engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: regulated industry experience (medical/aerospace) and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable web apps and microservices using React.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements through deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, validation, and IT operations.
• Develop data pipelines interfacing Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Lead CI/CD efforts with Dockerization and Kubernetes (AWS EKS) deployments and Argo CD.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to engineers.
• Coordinate effectively with offshore teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Identify workflow gaps and drive improvements to engineering velocity.
