Mitratech is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work on a mature Rails monolith and fast Go services. You will own features end-to-end in a domain where correctness, security, and speed matter.

The role can be performed remotely across the US, with a compensation range disclosed in the job ad. The ideal candidate has strong Go and PostgreSQL experience, solid REST API skills, and comfort with server-rendered frontends.

Qualifications

• Strong production experience with b2b SaaS applications.
• Strong Go skills, or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services and concurrency.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and relational data modeling.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Comfort with server-rendered frontends (ERB/HTML/CSS) and well-tested code.

Responsabilités

• Design and build features across Rails monolith and Go microservices.
• Extend ATS and partner integrations.
• Orchestrate asynchronous vendor searches and reporting pipelines.
• Incorporate AI tooling and automated code reviews into workflows.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from development to monitoring.
