Akina Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer Full Stack 2 to join our forward-deployed team in Fort Meade, MD. You will develop data transforms and backend services using Python, SQL, and front-end tech, while collaborating with analysts to solve hard CNE problems.

You’ll work across the data pipeline, handle server framework tasks, and engage with customers for feedback. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and offers a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Develop data transforms for various data formats (text, JSON, databases, XML, configs).
• Collaborate with analysts and operators to understand requirements and deliver tools.
• Analyze data and enable better decision making for national security missions.

Responsibilities

• Dive into unknown data and help analysts determine the right questions to ask.
• Develop tools to improve performance of applications and data transforms.
• Support mission-critical servers and assist with server framework and admin tasks.
• Gather feature requests and translate customer needs into actionable tasks.
