Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (Python, React, GCP) to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications across backend and frontend layers. The role emphasizes cloud-native architectures, REST APIs, and data-driven decisions, with a focus on AI-assisted development.

You will collaborate with product teams, ensure secure, high-quality code, and deliver solutions in North American time zones. Onsite work is required four days a week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python, React, GCP, PostgreSQL, GitHub, REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and software development practices.
• Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Understand architecture, tech stacks, customer use cases and business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and products.
• Collaborate with product teams to implement new requirements.
• Define and implement software testing strategies and CI/CD processes.
• Improve performance and development efficiency; ensure security practices.
