We're looking for a Full Stack Developer — someone who will start as a sole developer and eventually lead a team. If you're hands-on with Python and React, love ownership, and want to help shape a product from the ground up, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack features using Python (backend) and React (frontend)

• Own technical architecture and set best practices for the engineering function

• Work directly with leadership to turn product ideas into scalable solutions

• Be the go-to developer early on, with the opportunity to build and lead your own team over time

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience

• Strong with Python and React

• Startup mindset: comfortable taking initiative and wearing multiple hats

• Experience deploying, testing, and scaling web applications

• Strong communicator with a passion for building

Pluses:

Compensation:

• Up to $160,000 base salary
