Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own complex problems end-to-end and ship high-impact features across the stack, from Node backend to React web and React Native mobile apps. You will collaborate with product, data engineering, and data science to deliver meaningful capabilities that matter to customers.

You should have 8+ years in software engineering with deep TypeScript/Node.js expertise, solid React experience, and SQL skills; Python is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience delivering features end-to-end.
• Familiarity with SQL; Python experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build across the stack from backend to React web apps and React Native mobile apps.
• Own features end-to-end from idea to production, including design, tests, and monitoring.
• Champion reliability by writing tests, building alerts, and on-call when needed.
• Work cross-functionally with product, data engineering, and operations to deliver impactful features.
• Analyze production data to uncover insights and inform decision making.
