Dunhill Solutions is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to lead development of enterprise software using C#, .NET, React, and REST APIs. You will design secure, scalable components and guide peers in an Agile/DevSecOps setting.

The role is hybrid in Bethesda, MD, requiring on-site presence two days per week, with emphasis on CI/CD, Azure deployments, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

The candidate has 6+ years in software development for web applications and operations.
Experience building full-stack apps with C#, .NET, React, JS, HTML, and REST APIs.
Proven ability to design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain complex enterprise apps.
Strong CI/CD experience and secure software delivery practices.
US Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background investigation.
On-site in Bethesda, MD 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack applications using .NET, C#, REST APIs, and React.
Translate requirements into secure designs, reusable components, and implementation plans.
Identify and resolve production defects, reduce technical debt, and improve performance.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines including validation, testing, packaging, deployment, and release verification.
Apply secure software practices, including code reviews, secrets management, and change-control processes.
Leverage Azure to host, monitor, and scale enterprise applications with telemetry.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and delivery teams in Agile environments.
Mentor junior developers and uphold engineering standards.
