Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET/C# and React in a regulated client environment.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable code, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure-based hosting with observability. On-site in Bethesda, MD two days per week; U.S. Citizenship required for federal access and background clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years of progressively responsible software development experience.
Experience supporting enterprise applications and production troubleshooting.
Proven ability to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Working knowledge of secure development practices and change-management controls.
US Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check.
On-site work in Bethesda, MD 2 days/week.

Responsabilités

Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex full-stack apps using .NET and React.
Translate requirements into secure technical designs, reusable components, and implementation plans.
Resolve production defects, remediate technical debt, and improve reliability and performance.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and release validation.
Apply secure delivery practices including code reviews and vulnerability remediation.
Leverage Azure for hosting, monitoring, and scaling enterprise applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and unblock delivery.
Mentor less-experienced developers and enforce engineering standards.
