Job summary

Tharu Technologies is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (10+ years) to drive modernization across front-end and back-end stacks. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions on Azure, building robust APIs and integrating with SharePoint/Microsoft 365.

You will lead CI/CD pipelines, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid onsite role headquartered in Chicago, with possible involvement in Dallas or Seattle.

Qualifications

• 10 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient with C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 8.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• REST APIs and microservices architecture experience.
• SharePoint Online / SPFx or Microsoft 365 development.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, source control (Git), and performance/security optimization.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Experience building enterprise-scale applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET and C# technologies.
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for automated deployments.
• Design and support enterprise collaboration solutions using SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
• Support production releases and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
