Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Full Stack Developer Associate to help develop and maintain client-facing web applications and services. You will work with senior team members to design, code, test, debug, document, and implement applications across diverse technologies, while following modern development practices and agile delivery.

You will gain exposure to UI design, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility as you support applications that serve clients and business users.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
<2 years of experience in component-based web, mobile, or desktop apps preferred.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

Develop application software for defined projects under senior guidance.
Code, test, debug, document, and implement deployment scripts.
Analyze requirements, test components, and support system improvements.
Build web applications and services with an agile mindset to solve complex problems.
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain reliable, accessible web apps aligned to API strategy.
Support prototype work for user-friendly interfaces, including visuals and layouts.
Ensure compatibility across browsers and platforms.
Explore new tech stacks, trends, and best practices.
