Qualifications

• 5+ years in a full-stack software development role with a track record of owning and delivering complex features or systems.
• Ability to learn and adapt to best-in-class tools including rapidly advancing AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development across the stack — Architect, build, and ship high-quality code across our entire platform.
• Design scalable, elegant solutions — Collaborate with Product to solve complex problems with simple, customer-centric features.
• Own issue resolution — Triage, prioritize, and resolve system level issues.
• Champion continuous improvement — Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance.
• Advocate for the user — Build with empathy and a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Mentor and elevate others — Share expertise and help shape a culture of learning.
