Job summary

MissionEdge Technologies is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer (Level 2 or 3) in Annapolis Junction, MD to build and maintain mission analytics systems. You will develop scalable web services that capture, manage, enrich, and report metadata for critical analytic workflows, with strong backend and UI experience.

Candidates must have U.S. Citizenship, TS/SCI with poly, and the appropriate years of SWE experience: 14 years for Level 2 or 20 years for Level 3, plus a CS degree.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Level 2 requires 14 years of SWE experience and a CS degree (or 4 years substitute).
• Level 3 requires 20 years of SWE experience and a CS degree.
• Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and JMS.
• Cloud and container technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Rancher).
• Experience with Tomcat and web application servers.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and CockroachDB.
• Experience with open-source tools and distributed systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
