Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions across front-end and back-end. You will lead API design, guide architectural decisions, and drive DevOps practices to ensure reliability and rapid delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding with GoLang and React, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring engineers while advancing AI-enabled, data-intensive sustainability projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full stack software engineering across front-end and back-end.
• Strong practice with React or similar frameworks and GoLang or equivalent languages.
• Designing scalable APIs, services, and cloud-native applications with good DevOps skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable APIs and services.
• Drive modernization with API-first, event-driven components and modular platforms.
• Own quality, testing, observability, and production readiness of deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership across Product, Design, Platform, and Engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
