Ndustrial is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and build the frontend, APIs, backend services, and AI-powered capabilities of the Nsight Energy Intensity Platform. You will work across the full stack in the industrial IoT space with engineering, product, design, and data teams to deliver intelligent, customer-focused solutions that optimize energy performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into concrete plans and implementations.
• Strong frontend with React and TypeScript; solid API design with REST/GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Drive features from designs and ambiguous problems to shipped releases.
• Lead technical and architectural decisions and align the team.
• Build and maintain customer-facing features end-to-end across UI, APIs, backend, and data models.
• Design and evolve scalable database schemas for multi-tenant Nsight platform.
• Develop scalable, secure APIs powering traditional apps and AI-driven capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product/UX/Data to translate needs into technical solutions and product experiences.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools as a core part of design, build, test, and operation.
