Job summary

Green Key Resources is partnering with a well-funded AI startup to hire a Senior Full-Stack Architect to lead the design of scalable AI infrastructure and distributed systems. You’ll own backend services, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, while guiding the technical direction of a small elite team.

You should excel at building reliable, observable systems, drive CI/CD and IaC practices, and mentor engineers through complex, high-stakes challenges in enterprise-grade environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and scaling production software.
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture and distributed systems.
• Heavy SRE/DevOps experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, monitoring and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build highly scalable distributed systems supporting AI-driven products.
• Own the full software lifecycle across backend services, infrastructure, APIs, and customer-facing apps.
• Design reliable cloud infrastructure with observability, automation, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and AI agent infrastructure.
• Partner with leadership to influence technical strategy while remaining hands-on in code.
• Help establish engineering best practices around scalability, reliability, and operations.
