You will mentor engineers, collaborate with platform teams, and integrate AI tools to boost productivity and product impact. This role emphasizes ownership and scalable architecture in a fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional programming experience building scalable full-stack solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Expert experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and Typescript.

Responsibilities

• Design large-scale UI systems and communicate designs to stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates in advanced front-end concepts.
• Quickly diagnose and solve complex front-end problems and unblock others.
• Use data (A/B testing, performance monitoring) to inform UI/UX decisions.
• Integrate AI tools into the development lifecycle for testing and code assistance.
• Contribute daily to the user experience in a fast-paced environment.
