Confiz in Seattle is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable web applications with strong front-end and back-end expertise. You will own end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role is hybrid with onsite four days a week Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays; you will work with React, Java/Spring Boot or Node.js, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native services while mentoring juniors and helping shape engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong React and JavaScript proficiency with HTML/CSS.
• Backend experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across front-end and back-end.
• Build scalable UI components with React and robust backend services.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices; ensure security and performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering; participate in architecture decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold engineering standards.
• Support production releases and on-call troubleshooting as needed.
