Cross Border Talents is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in the United States to help scale our construction and field-services platform. This in-person role requires four onsite days per week in NYC or San Francisco, with a full-time hybrid engagement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software engineering and strong full-stack capabilities (TypeScript, React, Node.js). You will design scalable APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers to drive performance
