Qualifications

• 5+ years building modern web apps with React and Python on cloud infrastructure.
• Product-minded engineer with startup experience and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong communicator with empathy for older adults and healthcare accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable, HIPAA-compliant components on AWS to power member engagement and clinical messaging workflows.
• Partner with data science and clinical teams to prototype and launch ML-driven personalization and care guidance features.
• Mentor teammates, conduct code reviews, and evolve the platform’s design system and infrastructure.
