In this role, you’ll collaborate with product managers to meet regulatory and customer needs, champion modern tooling, and influence long‑term technology strategy in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full‑stack systems.
• Mentor other members of the engineering community and stay current with tech trends.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for a wide user base.
• Utilize Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and AWS toolset to build scalable services.
• Provide technical leadership and set standards for design, development, and operations.
• Partner with architects to define service boundaries and integration patterns.
• Identify areas for refactoring and reduce technical debt to improve performance.
• Influence long-term technology strategy in a ‘you build it, you own it’ environment.
