You'll work hybrid in McLean, VA, split 50/50 backend/frontend, collaborating with product managers and UI/UX designers to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions across our Rohan platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Engineer experience.
• Hands-on with Nest.js/Node.js in production.
• Experience with LLM providers and prompt engineering.
• Practical knowledge of RAG architectures and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build scalable backend systems for reliability and performance.
• Develop APIs with Nest.js/Node.js and integrate with databases and LLM providers.
• Build AI-powered features including LLM orchestration and RAG workflows.
• Collaborate on frontend in Angular/TypeScript for strong UX.
• Write efficient SQL and design schemas for features.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure AI solutions.
• Ensure high code quality via testing and reviews.
• Contribute to system design and AI capabilities direction.
