Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to architect, build, and scale software powering our autonomous robotics platform. You will work across the stack (TypeScript, React, Go, Python) and collaborate with robotics and hardware teams to deliver cloud-native services on AWS, ROS, and real-time systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript and React experience for modern web apps.
• Backend experience with Go and/or Python.
• Cloud-native design and deployment on AWS.
• Robotics software development experience.
• Proficient in C/C++.
• Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System).
• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and version control.
• Excellent communication and startup collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features across the stack (TS/React, Go, Python).
• Develop robotics integration and ROS-based systems.
• Develop cloud services and AWS infrastructure.
• Work on autonomous systems and decision-making logic.
• Build monitoring dashboards, tooling and optimize systems.
• Collaborate with robotics, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams.
