Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a seasoned Full Stack Developer to design and build complex web applications for federal government programs. You will collaborate with technical and business teams in an agile environment, delivering scalable, reliable solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, Angular or React, and modern UI/UX practices.

You will contribute to code reviews, DevOps pipelines, documentation, and project planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
5-10 years of programming or web development experience.
Hands-on with TypeScript, Node.js, Angular/React.
Experience with SOAP/REST/XML/JSON web services.
Knowledge of NoSQL and AWS DynamoDB.
OO principles and DevOps culture understanding.
Ability to identify reusable functionality and implement as reusable components.
Familiarity with IT standards, SDLC, and project management frameworks.
Experience with GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube.
Experience designing solutions using AWS and AWS SDKs.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; US residency in past 3/5 years.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with technical and business teams to develop and maintain solutions using agile practices.
Design and develop reliable, scalable, reusable web applications.
Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews.
Participate in sprint planning and story point estimation.
Troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
Design, build, test, and maintain infrastructure.
Create modern, responsive UIs for microservices-based apps.
Utilize latest web UI/UX development tools and techniques.
Translate requirements into technical specs and diagrams.
Produce technical and user documentation; support IT program metrics.
Contribute to project timelines, design specs, systems flow diagrams, testing and ongoing support.
Assist with training materials and operational documentation.
