Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/CE or related field and 8+ years of software development.
• Proven experience building and deploying full-stack web apps.
• Expert Python and strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Experience with React, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Relational and NoSQL databases; SQL and MongoDB knowledge.
• Proficiency with Git, Linux, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack apps for engineering.
• Build modern web UIs with React, TS, and frontend frameworks.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs (Python/Node.js/FastAPI/Express).
• Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs and data platforms (SQL/NoSQL).
• Create automation workflows to boost engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with infra teams on Kubernetes deployments and containerized apps.
• Build dashboards and data visualization tools for engineering.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into internal workflows where applicable.
• Lead architecture reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve system reliability and security.
