Job summary

Rogo is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to shape the product of a cutting-edge AI tool. You will own major features across the stack, from design to launch, and drive reliable, scalable systems.

You will partner with cross-functional engineers and domain experts, implement robust components, and maintain high performance while advancing capabilities in AI tooling and user experiences. This is a fast-paced startup environment.

• As a Full-Stack Engineer at Rogo, you will be instrumental in shaping the product of a cutting-edge AI tool, crucially keeping us at the forefront of what’s possible with LLMs
• Major product features across the stack from design to launch
• Feedback loops with users and with our Customer Success team
• Partner with our cross-functional team of engineers and domain experts to architect scalable systems, implement robust software components, and ensure the reliability and performance of our software platforms

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of React and TypeScript
• You write amazing code, fast
• Deployed Production code with Python, NextJS, NestJS, Typescript, Docker, AWS, and Tailwind
• Proven track record in similar roles
• Keen interest in developing unique AI tools and user experiences
• Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent degree
• Experience updating codebases with the newest framework features (RSC, streaming, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a drive to take ownership of projects end-to-end
• 5+ years of industry experience
