TRM Labs is seeking a pragmatic full-stack engineer for our Full-Stack Product Engineering team in San Francisco. You will design backend APIs and build scalable systems used by customers and internal teams, grounding work in the customer experience and performance.

You will own end-to-end responsibilities, collaborate across disciplines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that values velocity, quality, and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building scalable systems, web apps, APIs, and services.
• Understanding relational and analytical databases.
• Bridge customer pain points to technical and product requirements.
• High initiative with ownership; able to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong problem-structuring and prioritization skills.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain public APIs as part of the API Product suite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert vision into a concrete roadmap.
• Support internal business units with shared engineering services.
• Build scalable systems, web apps, and services using the Node.js stack.
• Operate in a fast-paced, on-call oriented environment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end outcomes.
