Job summary

Technoidentity, a Data & AI product engineering company with more than 15 years of expertise, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build internal apps, AI workflows, and backend integrations. You will work on Python services, React front-ends, APIs, and durable Temporal workflows, delivering reliable software with minimal hand-holding.

You will design, implement, and own production systems, including monitoring, incident response, and on-call readiness, while translating ambiguous business

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software with Python and React
• Strong CS fundamentals and coding interview readiness
• Experience designing and building APIs and service integrations
• Experience with durable/executable workflows (Temporal or similar)
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into reliable software
• Proven ability to ship reliably in fast-moving settings
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Build internal applications end to end: Python backends, React front-ends, APIs between them
• Design and implement AI workflows and agents to automate Finance and Supply Chain processes
• Model long-running, stateful processes as durable workflows; manage orchestration, retries, and human-in-the-loop steps
• Build backend and enterprise integrations (ERPs, finance & supply-chain systems, third-party APIs)
• Own production support: monitoring, debugging, incident response, and iterative hardening
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into reliable, well-scoped software with limited direction
