Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Full-stack Engineer 4 to join our Categories tower. You will own greenfield products, build scalable microservices, and work closely with Product Managers to turn complex needs into high-running features.

Daily work spans TypeScript/JavaScript with cloud-native AWS tooling, Kubernetes, and DB work. You’ll mentor teammates, participate in architecture reviews, and help drive 0-1 product launches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and build greenfield products from inception to deployment.
• Deliver highly scalable microservices and robust backend architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical strategy.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
