Job summary
SEI in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build cutting-edge FinTech solutions. You will write code across all tiers using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Golang and Node.js, and contribute to a multi‑tier, cloud‑based platform while aligning with engineering best practices.
You will collaborate with product managers, testers and external API teams in an Agile environment, apply TD/CI practices, and leverage AI tooling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience building multi-tier cloud-based applications.
- Experience with Java or Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, Angular, Snaplogic, Kafka and Node.js.
- Hands-on coding with AI tooling such as Codex, Windsurf or Claude Code.
- Strong Agile practices (TDD, continuous delivery) and cybersecurity awareness.
Responsibilities
- Write code across all tiers using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Golang and Node.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs in an event-driven microservice architecture.
- Participate in design meetings and Agile ceremonies with the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, testers and 3rd party API teams.
