Job summary

Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into scalable solutions, own critical workflows like invoicing and payroll, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and RFCs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Expertise in PHP (Laravel) and modern JavaScript (Vue.js).
• Strong SQL skills with MySQL/PostgreSQL and query optimization.
• Experience designing REST APIs, caching, and background jobs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end across ERP, POS, and HR modules.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own performance and reliability of critical workflows like invoicing, inventory, payroll.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to RFCs and code reviews.
• Drive technical decisions for your domain and contribute to platform-wide architecture.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for production systems.
