Job summary

Filloway is seeking a senior engineer to build its storefront and backend services powering a modern, multi-region pharmacy.

You will own features end to end—from data model to UI—focusing on safety, compliance, performance, and a delightful user experience in a TypeScript stack (Next.js, Node, Postgres, Medusa).

You’ll work in a small, autonomous team with real ownership and a short path from idea to production.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript and React/Next.js experience.
• Comfort with Node services and relational databases (Postgres).
• A product mindset and care for the end user.
• Bonus: e-commerce, healthcare or regulated-domain experience.
