Job summary

UKi is building OpenDash 360, a next‑gen training platform that maps workforce readiness for DoD, federal agencies, and enterprises. We seek a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end across UI, API, data model, and deployment.

You’ll shape architecture, data models, and deployment patterns, while collaborating with senior staff to raise standards and deliver rapid iterations in a US-remote setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and operating production web applications with a senior/lead role.
• Ability to debug slow queries, restructure services, and ship features end-to-end across UI, API, and data model.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end across UI, API, data model, and deployment.
• Design and evolve the API layer with well-structured data contracts and type safety.
• Own the data model: Postgres schemas, migrations, indexing, and performance decisions.
• Deliver rich, data-dense dashboards, visualizations, and administrative tools.
• Set stack standards: module boundaries, state management, testing, observability, code reviews.
• Optimize performance: latency, throughput, and bundle/load performance in browser.
• Ship continuously via GitOps/CI‑CD with ArgoCD-driven deployments to Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product/design/platform and mentor engineers.
