Job summary

Ringside Talent in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to own the end-to-end development of scalable applications across the stack. You will design, implement, and maintain core features, APIs, and services, collaborating with Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality releases.

You will mentor engineers, participate in architectural discussions, and help evolve the technology stack while maintaining code quality, performance, and security in an onsite team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Experience designing and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications across front-end and back-end systems.
• Build and maintain APIs and services that support core business functionality.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews and champion best practices for code quality, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve the technology stack over time.
• Mentor other engineers and support their technical growth.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure application reliability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
